We Are Family

For We Are Family, we built a custom content management system to drive the show’s 8K upstage LED wall, reverse-backing scenic LED in the audience, and a 4×4K sphere projection mapping system, which dynamically adjusted camera perspective in real time.

Our team also created hundreds of miniature 3D object scenes for the show’s clue segments, as well as performance content backgrounds for musical acts. The 3D clue scenes were designed to run in real time, needing to be delivered within the mapping system for audience perspective during taping, as well as separate green screen outputs for post-production.

The entire show ran on our in-house custom TouchDesigner media servers, using a frame-locked 12G SDI signal flow, ensuring seamless playback across all visual elements.
